Areas of Practice and Workshops/ Seminars

Small Group Coaching Seminar for Women
This experiences is for individuals with a similar leadership trajectory. A curriculum guides the 10-month group process and addresses non-negotiable values, motivations that initiated one’s career pathway, intersecting identities for self-efficacy, emotional intelligence skills, and executive presence and authentic communication. The outcome is a blueprint with reframed career priorities and strategies to enhance one’s personal and professional empowerment and pathways.
Women Navigating Organizational Culture-small group seminar
Organization cultures often introduce unexpected challenges to women. As such, women may encounter different forms of inequitable treatment and disrespect, contributing to self-doubts about their authority. This process-oriented seminar engages participants in self-assessments that will then lead to action planning to further one’s aspirations with greater effectiveness.

Specific programs can be designed upon request.

Executive Coaching for Women and Men
Applying a strategic blueprint, individuals identify priorities to address leadership challenges and opportunities, and to plan a career trajectory for success.
