Dr. Woy has partnered with Dr. Arredondo on multiple diversity management initiatives through Empowerment Workshops, Inc. They developed the Empowerment Workshops’ cultural climate surveys and are co-authors of the Boston Persistent Poverty Report published by the Boston Foundation. Dr. Woy has substantial experience conducting evaluation research in multicultural contexts involving subjects from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and speaking multiple languages.

  • Specializes in surveys, studies, and evaluation research, and has conducted numerous studies for both private and governmental organizations.
  • Clients include, the Federal Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, Federal Department of Homeland Security, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Boston Public Schools, the Boston Foundation, Rhode Island School of Design, Arizona State University College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Partners Healthcare.
  • Richards holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rochester.
